Removal of underarm hairs that too from waxing is the most painful process of all time. They need to be removed as their presence gives a woman discomfort and lowers her self-confidence. But not to worry we had presented several home remedies which can act as a life saviour and prevent from all pain and mess of waxing. Just have a look.
1) Corn Flour and egg pack
Take a bowl and break an egg. Add ½ tablespoon of corn flour and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Make a thick paste of it. Apply the paste over the hairs under armpits and let it dry. Peel of the layer. Use this mask twice a week for much efficient results.
2) Oatmeal and Banana
For this paste mash half banana and mix it with a cup of oatmeal. Apply the paste and let it dry. Clean it with cold water. Repeat this method 2-3 times a week.
3) Natural sugar Wax
It is one of the best substitute of normal wax. To prepare the solution take a pan and add ½ cup of water. Mix 3 cups of sugar in it. Add ¼ cup of lemon juice and keep stirring the mixture until you obtain a waxy solution. Apply it to a clean underarm. Rub a waxing strip and remove the strip in the opposite direction of hairs. Wipe it off and apply a gel over clean area.
4) Lemon and Sugar Pack
Mix two tablespoon of lemon juice with one tablespoon of sugar. Make a thick paste and apply over the hairs. Leave it for 10 minutes and let it dry. Wipe it with a cloth.
5) Yogurt and Chicken pea with Turmeric
Make a thick paste of ½ cup chicken pea, ½ cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of turmeric. Apply the paste over the hairs and leave it for 25-30 minutes. Wipe it off using warm water and clean cloth.
6) Camphor and white pepper
Take camphor in powdered form and mix grinded white pepper in it. Add few drops of almond oil in it and mix well. Apply the mixture and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Wash the paste and wipe it with cloth.
7) Turmeric and Raw Papaya
Take 2-3 pieces of papaya and add ½ tablespoon of turmeric in it. Mix well and make a paste. Apply it on underarms and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Wash off the paste using cold water. Repeat this method once or twice a week.
8) Mixture of Milk and Turmeric
Take two tablespoon of milk and add pinch of turmeric. Apply the mixture under your arms. Use this method regularly for better results.
9) Yellow Lentil and Potato Pack
Soak the yellow lentil in water and keep it for overnight duration. Mash a potato and mix it with swollen lentil and form a smooth paste. Apply the paste and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it off using cold water.
10) Gelatin peel off
Grind ½ cucumber and convert it into liquid form. Brew green tea using 1 tea bag. Mix plain gelatine, cucumber juice, and ¼ Aloe Vera gel with tea and stir well until gelatin is fully dissolved and let it cool. Clean the underarms with lukewarm water and let it dry. Apply the mixture over them and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Peel the mask and apply moisturizer over treated area to avoid itching.
11) Gram flour mask
Mix ½ cup gram flour, ½ tablespoon turmeric powder, ½ cup milk, and 1 tablespoon fresh cream (only if you have dry skin) and make a smooth paste. Apply the paste on the underarms and let it dry. Start rubbing it in opposite direction of hairs as soon as it dries. As the hairs are removed wash it with cold water and apply a gel to it.
12) Turmeric Paste
Take ½ cup of turmeric powder and mix it with plain milk or rose water along with warm water to make a thick paste. Apply the paste over the hairs and let it dry. Remove it with the help of a towel soaked in warm water and repeat it till the hairs are removed completely.
