2. Not washing off makeup before going to bed
If you do not get rid of makeup before getting to bed, you will end up with clogged pores and premature aging of the skin too. Take a good shower before you get to bed so that you can take all that makeup off well/ Mascara and liner can ruin your sheets as well, so it is indeed a good option to wipe off the makeup before sleeping.
3. Bad posture while working
You will suffer from backaches if you don’t have a correct posture. Taking painkillers is not a wise option. Do some exercises for your back or practice some yoga so that you can beat the pain well.
